Passvanta supports data and compliance workflows. It does not provide legal advice, act as an authority Global product notice or certification body, or assume the obligations of a manufacturer, importer or other economic operator.

Documents may contain personal or confidential data and may be sent to Mistral AI, OpenAI or Google File upload Gemini for AI-assisted extraction. Upload only necessary content that you may lawfully use. Do not upload special-category data, private IDs or full payment data.

The Readiness value reflects the data documented in Passvanta. It is not a declaration of conformity and Readiness result does not guarantee completeness, marketability or authority acceptance.

By publishing, you confirm that an authorised person reviewed the data, evidence, access rights and Publication applicable regulatory requirements. Changes in law or product data may require an update.

Technical transmission is not authority approval. Verify the recipient, environment, identifiers, data scope Registry submission and returned status before final submission.

Verify readability, target URL, persistence, print size, placement and applicable product legislation and QR and data carrier standards. Technical generation alone does not prove conformity.

The Supplier sees only shared fields and documents. Before sending, check whether the request contains Supplier request necessary personal or confidential data and whether disclosure is lawful.
